Your shower head is slowing up by the day but what could be causing it? The answer is mineral deposits. The way to fix it is by removing the shower head cap, unclog the holes with a large needle or a piece of wire, pushing it though the openings until they are clear.  Then scrape away any of the deposits left on the inside of the cap.  Then replace it. Voila just like new!
