Please read the agreement document below before registering.

1) Term of the Agreements: The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Affiliate application and will end when terminated by either party. Either you may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. You are only eligible to earn referral fees on sales occurring during the term.

Cause for terminations include:
 - Use of unsolicited email/spam to promote the Tahoe Pine Works Affiliate Program or Tahoe Pine Works services.
 - Transmission of any fraudulent personal information or data in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

 - Posting of our links, banners to any non family friendly website.

If you use spam to promote the service you will be notified that your account has been terminated.

If you or Tahoe Pine Works terminates your account without cause. then you will have the opportunity to cash-out, i.e. any and all commissions outstanding during the agreements term will be paid. 

1) Privacy: To protect your privacy at any time, an affiliate (you) may opt-out of receiving any promotional messages from Tahoe Pine Works, i.e. newsletters and sales promotions. You may unsubscribe at any time by sending an email request to tahoepineworks@charter.net.

2) Mediation: Any problems or discrepancies over commissions will be dealt with within 30 days of the first email notification to Tahoe Pine Works. Questions may be sent via email to tahoepineworks@charter.net

3) International Affiliates: International affiliates are welcome to join the program. The only way International affiliates may receive commission payment for their affiliate sales is by PayPal.

4) Commission Payments: We will pay a 5% commission after each sale that an affiliate sale is active. Payments will be made in the form of a check payable to the person in the application form or by PayPal.


5) Modification: We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion.

Modifications may include, for example, changes in the scope of available referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures and Program rules.

IF ANY MODIFICATION IS UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, YOUR ONLY RECOURSE IS TO TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT.

6) Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, arising in connection with this Agreement or the Tahoe Pine Works Affiliate Program.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
