Each tree has fallwn due to Mother Nature; we do our part by collecting some fo these trees to help clean the forest floor in hopes to prevent wildfire from spredding.

OUr metal items are hand cut using the latest in computer generated laser cutting tools, each metal item also has the option for any custom work to fit your needs. All metal items are Powder Coated for outstanding indoor/outdoor durability and long lasting textured beauty.
Our metal process begins with a 5 foot by 10 foot sheet of 14 GA. thick steel which is loaded into a laser cutting machine. The machine uses a 2000 watt laser beam to cut the silhouettes out of the steel sheet. When the items are removed from the machines, they are sent to forming machines where they are formed or bent if required and then any welding of parts takes place.
When they are ready, they are on their way to be Powder Coated. The paint is in the form of a fine powder which is electrically charge so it will stick to the metal temporarily, and is sprayed on in a mist or cloud like any other paint. The items are then sent into the oven which bakes the powder coat at 450 degrees, turning it into a molten film which fuses to the metal with a strong bond curing and hardening to an extremely durable finish in your choice of two textures. Wrinkle Black or Rust Finish.
